Four cards on the table – the first card lets you feast on Kebabs like a Nawab, the second gives you the taste of live grill, the third opens up the world of Biriyanis from the royal kitchens and the last card unlocks the key to the imperial desserts – a perfect four-course dinner. This was my novel experience at the Kebab, Grill and Biriyani food festival at the Vivanta by Taj, Trivandrum.
Cake Mixing Ceremony is a tradition that heralds in Christmas. Even though I have covered cake mixing ceremonies before, this was the first time I was actually invited to participate in one at the Vivanta by Taj, Trivandrum and I did not miss the opportunity. I was in full uniform, with the apron, chef hat and gloves, thanks to James, the F&B Manager.

2. Poor quality of food

(PNR Nos. 4647776080, 4135060696, 6204798452 & 6304894965 all 3AC). I would like to bring to your notice few issues that need to be addressed on an urgent basis.

The hotel is located just a few minutes walking distance from the Shangumugham beach in Thiruvananthapuram.
