Indian sweets especially Jilebi is my weakness. So when Shankar, the Executive Chef at the Hil told me that they are making different varieties of jilebies for their weekend offerings, I just couldn’t resist myself and rushed to their Garden Grille restaurant for a bite. The jilebies, freshly prepared by Chef Sonjay and topped with some finger-licking rabdi, were crisp, juicy and delicious. Apart from Imarti, another traditional north Indian dessert, there was Pineapple jilebi and Apple jilebi also, which were ok for a change but I would stick to the traditional stuff.
What do we do when we have a free Sunday afternoon? Head out to the Garden Grille Restaurant at the Hilton Garden Inn, Trivandrum to check out their recently relaunched brunch. It was the third Sunday after the revamp and Shine Paul, the Marketing Manager had made the arrangements for us.

The premium hotel is also set to relaunch its weekend offerings, the Saturday Night dinner buffet with DJ party and the Sunday Brunch.
